What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

ChainLAne accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered with NO restocking fee. To start a return, please contact us. 

Items returned must be unused and in Brand New condition.

Full Refunds will be processed once item is received and inspected.  

Shipping Charges will not be refunded. 

Any item involving custom work is exempt from any refunds.

All Custom Order sales are final.
