ChainLane offers a 1 year limited warranty from any manufactured defects. We will accept minor repairs during this time and will also offer free cleaning services for the first year. (Shipping not included if you are outside the Los Angeles area)

The warranty does not cover damage to jewelry other than what is considered normal wear. This warranty does not cover lost jewelry. You must provide identifiable pieces of the jewelry for your claim to be honored by ChainLane. If ChainLane determines it did not manufacture the original piece, it is under no obligation to honor the warranty. Improper repair or service performed by a third party other than ChainLane will void this warranty.

What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

ChainLAne accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered with NO restocking fee. To start a return, please contact us. 

Items returned must be unused and in Brand New condition.

Full Refunds will be processed once item is received and inspected.  

Shipping Charges will not be refunded. 

Any item involving custom work is exempt from any refunds.
